After completing my training, I was transferred to the UK Operations team where I worked for two years. In 2013, I moved to the Redbus Asia Pacific Operations team and spent two years there before being appointed Regional Manager for Australia and New Zealand in 2016.
During my time with Redbus, I have gained experience in a variety of areas including support tickets management, technical diagnostics, project management and business analysis.
