The Red Cross Training Portal is one of the most important resources for first responders and other emergency personnel. It offers access to training materials, self-help resources, and more. In this article, we'll show you how to login to the Training Portal using your email address and password.
How to login to the Red Cross Training Portal
To login to the Red Cross Training Portal, enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields on the homepage. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page to reset your password.
How to search for training courses
The Red Cross Training Portal provides an easy way to find training courses that are specific to your needs.
To search for a training course, first navigate to the Training tab on the sidebar of the portal.
To find a training course that is specific to your work or life situation, type in what you are looking for into the search bar on the left side of the screen.
For example, if you are looking for CPR training, you would type "CPR" into the search bar.
Once you have entered your keyword, the Training section will list all of the available training courses that include that keyword.
You can sort the results by title, rating, or popularity.
If you click on a title or rating, a description of that course will be displayed along with a link to sign up for it.
If you are interested in signing up for a course but do not have an account yet, click on the "sign up now" link next to each course.
Once you have found a course that interests you, click on the "sign up now" link to create an account and begin learning!
How to register for a training course
If you are new to the Red Cross Training Portal, or new to online training, registration is the first step! To register for a training course, click on the "Register for a Training Course" button on the home page of the Training Portal.
Once you have registered for a course, you will need to login to access the course materials. To login, click on the "Login" button in the upper left corner of the homepage. After logging in, you will be taken to your course dashboard. Here you will find all of your active courses and materials associated with them.
To start learning from your course materials, click on one of the courses listed on your dashboard. You will be taken to that course's home page where you can start reading the content, downloading materials, and taking quizzes. How to find your course location
To find your course location, log in to the Red Cross Training Portal.
Once logged in, click on the "Courses" tab in the top menu.
Under "Courses," you will see a list of all of your courses.
Each course has a unique identifier, which you can find by clicking on the course name and then clicking on the "Details" tab.
The identifier will show you where the course is being held (location), when it starts, and how to register.
How to find the course schedule
If you're looking to find a specific course, the Red Cross Training Portal offers a search feature that lets users type in keywords and filters the results.
For example, if you are interested in learning CPR for adults, you could type "CPR for adults" into the search box and see a list of courses that include that keyword.
To begin your search, click on the "Search Courses" button on the left side of the homepage. You can also use the menu located on the top navigation bar (under "My Account") to find courses by category or keyword.
Once you've found a course that interests you, click on its title to learn more about it. The Red Cross Training Portal offers detailed information about each course, including its date, time, location and instructor.

How to pay for your training course
If you would like to purchase a training course from the Red Cross Training Portal, you first need to login. To login, go to redcross.org/trainingportal and click on "Log In." Enter your username and password, and then click on "Log In." You will be taken to the shopping cart page. On this page, you will find the following options:
- Courses: This option allows you to select all of the courses that are available on the Red Cross Training Portal.
- Course Packs: This option allows you to purchase a course pack that includes all of the courses that are available on the Red Cross Training Portal.
- Training Certificates: This option allows you to purchase a training certificate that will let you use the skills that you learned in one of their courses in your workplace or other professional setting.
How to receive confirmation of your registration
Red Cross Training Portal will send you an email once your registration has been confirmed. To login to the portal:
1. Log in with your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your NetID or password, please contact the Help Desk.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under "Login Options," select "My Training Plans."
3. On the right-hand side of the screen, under "My Training Plans," select "Register for Courses."
4. Under "Course Registration Status," select "Confirmed."
5. Click on the blue link in the email that was sent to you to confirm your registration.
