How to login to the Recurly Customer Portal
If you're new to Recurly, you might be wondering how to login to the customer portal. Here's a guide on how to do it:
1. Go to the customer portal at www.recurly.com and sign in with your Recurly account credentials.
2. If you have an existing customer account, click on your name in the top left corner of the main page and then click on the "My Account" tab.
3. On the My Account page, click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the page.
4. Enter your email address and password into the corresponding fields and click on the "Log In" button.
5. If you have not yet created a customer account, you will be prompted to do so now. Once you've logged in, you will be taken to your customer account overview page.
Setting up your Recurly account
If you have not yet created an account with Recurly, now is the time to do so. Once you have an account, follow these steps to create a customer portal:
1. Log in to your Recurly account.
2. Click on the "Customer Portal" link in the main menu.
3. On the Customer Portal page, click on the "New User" link at the top of the page.
4. Enter your full name and email address into the appropriate fields, and then click on the "Create Account" button.
5. You will be prompted to create a password for your user account. Make sure that you remember this password as you will need it to log in to your customer portal later on.
6. After creating your user account, you will be taken to the "My Portal" page. This page displays all of the resources that you have access to through your customer portal, including your profile information, projects that you are working on, and notifications about changes to your projects and accounts (including alerts about new opportunities from Recurly).
Your first order
Welcome to the Recurly customer portal! This is the place where you can access your account, order history, and other important information. To login, please enter your email address and password in the fields below. If you have trouble logging in, please contact them at [email protected].
To view your order history, please click on the "Order History" link in the menu on the left side of the page. You can also view your account balance and recent orders by clicking on the "Account" link in that same menu. Creating a new order
If you are a new customer, you can create an order by logging-in to your account. To login, please enter the following information:
1. Your email address
2. Your password
3. Your company name
4. Your product(s) of interest
Submitting a change request
If you need to submit a change request for your account, first log in to your account.
To login, please enter your email address and password. If you have not yet created an account, you can do so here. After logging in, click on the "My Account" tab and select the "Change Request" link from the menu.
Once you are on the Change Request page, you will see a form with fields for your name, contact information, description of the requested change, and a budget for the change. You can also attach files to your request if you need to. The cost of making a change is determined by how complicated it is and how many changes are being made at once. If you are requesting a change that is not within their standard processes or costs less than $10, we will usually grant it without requiring a formal proposal. Please note that we cannot guarantee that every change request will be approved or that it will be completed within the requested timeframe.

Approving or rejecting an order
If you need to approve or reject an order, you can do so through the customer portal.
To approve or reject an order, follow these steps:
1. Go to the customer portal and sign in.
2. Click on the Orders tab.
3. On the Orders page, click on the order you want to approve or reject.
4. Under Actions, click on Approve or Reject Order.
5. Click on OK to confirm your action.

To login to your customer portal, click the 'My Orders' link in the main navigation bar and enter your order number in the 'Order Number' field. You'll then be able to view and manage your order details, including tracking information, payment information, and more!
