If you own a real estate management company, you need to create an owner portal to keep your clients and employees up-to-date on your company's progress. Here's how to create an owner portal:
1. Go to the website of your real estate management company and sign in.
2. Click on "Portals" in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on "Owner Portal" in the right-hand menu.
4. Enter your company name in the "Name" field.
5. In the "Description" field, enter a short description of your company.
6. In the "Website URL" field, enter the website address of your company.
7. In the "E-mail Address" field, enter your e-mail address.
8. In the "Phone Number" field, enter your phone number.

Closing/Mortgaging Properties
If you are an owner portal login, you will need to know how to close or mortgage properties.
To close a property, you need to first go to the Properties tab on your owner portal and select the property you wish to close.
Once on the Properties page, click on the Close button next to the Property's name.
You will be prompted to confirm your decision to close the property.
Once you have closed the property, it will no longer appear on your owner portal and any bookings or rental payments made using this property will be cancelled.
To mortgage a property, you will first need to go to the Properties tab on your owner portal and select the property you wish to mortgage.
Once on the Properties page, click on the Mortgage button next to the Property's name.
You will be prompted to enter in some basic information about the property, such as its address and price.
After you have entered this information, you will be asked if you want a loan pre-approval.
