First, make sure that you have the latest version of the Rcil Portal installed. To do this, go to http://www.ritc-us.gov/portal and click on the “Downloads” tab. On the downloads page, under “Current Version:”, you will see the latest version number for the Rcil Portal. If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, we recommend downloading the Rcil Portal from this page instead of from their server directly.
Once you have downloaded and installed the Rcil Portal, open it up and click on “Login” in the top right corner. If you are new to using the Rcil Portal, please follow these instructions to create a user account: https://www.ritc-us.gov/portal/page/create-account-with-ricl/. After creating your user account, you will be logged in automatically when you next open the Rcil Portal.

Sign in with your Google Account
To sign in to your Rcil Portal, first create an account if you don't have one. Once you've created your account, follow these steps:
1. Open your Rcil Portal. If you're not already signed in, click Sign In at the top of the page.
2. Enter your username and password and then click Sign In.
3. If you have a corporate account, make sure that you're signed in to that account as well. Otherwise, your Rcil Portal won't be able to sign you in.
4. Click the name of your organization in the left column and then click Login at the top of the page.
5. Enter your email address and password and then click Login. If you don't have a password for your email address, enter your username and @ricl.com into the login fields and then click Login.
