How to login to the Rcgc Portal
If you are new to the Rcgc Portal, you will need to login first. To login, click the “Login” link on the top menu bar and enter your user name and password. Once logged in, you will see the following page:
On this page, you can access various resources and tools that are available through the Rcgc Portal. In particular, you can:
• View your account information, including your user name and password;
• View the status of your submissions;
• Access submission history;
• Manage your profile information; and
• Access help resources.
How to use the Rcgc Portal
If you are already registered with the Rcgc Portal, you can login by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Rcgc Portal at rcgc.illinois.edu.
2. Click on the “User Login” tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your user name and password and click on the “Log In” button.
4. You will be asked to select a role for which you would like access to the portal: Faculty member, Administrator, or Student (if you are a student, click on “Student” and then enter your student ID number). If you are not a student, click on “Administrator” and then enter your administrator account password.
5. After logging in, you will see the main screen of the portal with links to all of its sections (see Figure 1). The section that we are interested in is titled “Academic Programs & Courses” (see Figure 2). 2. Click on "My Account" on the left-hand side of the screen.
