Razorsync is a customer portal that allows you to manage your account, view your orders, and more. In this article, we will show you how to login to Razorsync and use its features.
Login to your Razorsync account
To login to your Razorsync account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your personal website or blog using the login details you retrieved when you registered for Razorsync.
2. Click on the "My Account" link on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Enter your user name and password in the corresponding fields, and click on the "Login" button.
4. You will now be presented with the main Razorsync page. Click on the "My Content" link to view and manage your content files.
Change your password
To change your password, please click here.
Access your account information
To access your account information, please login to the Razorsync Customer Portal. You will need your registration number, which you can find on your receipt or invoice.
Update your contact information
If you have not done so already, please update your contact information in the Razorsync Customer Portal. This will allow us to better serve you and keep you up-to-date on Razorsync news and updates. To update your contact information, click on the "Contact Info" tab on the left side of the Razorsync Customer Portal page.
Manage your subscriptions
If you have not already, please create a Razorsync account to manage your subscriptions. To login to your Razorsync Customer Portal, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to https://www.razorsync.com/customer-portal/.
2. Click the Login link in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password into the fields provided, and click Login.
Once you have logged in, you will see the following menu:
1. Your current subscription status (Active or Inactive).
2. The list of blades that you own (including serial numbers and dates of purchase).
3. The list of blades that are currently subscribed to (including serial numbers and dates of subscription).
4. The ability to manage your blades (buy, sell, borrow, exchange).
Cancel a subscription
If you need to cancel your subscription, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your Razorsync account.
2. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab.
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Create a new subscription
The Razorsync customer portal allows you to manage your subscription and account details. To create a new subscription, first login to the portal. In the top right corner of the homepage, click the “Add New Subscription” link. Enter your name and email address in the corresponding fields, and click “Create My Account”. You will then be redirected to the subscription confirmation page. Click “Confirm My Account” to complete the process.
Once your account is created, you can view your subscription details and manage your subscriptions from within the customer portal. To view your subscription details, click the “My Subscriptions” link on the homepage. This page will list all of your active subscriptions, as well as any expired or cancelled subscriptions. You can also view your order history and contact information for any subscriptions that you have purchased. If you have any questions about your subscription or account, contact them through their customer portal.
Delete an existing subscription
If you have an existing subscription, you can delete it through the Razorsync Customer Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. In the Customer Portal, click Subscriptions.
2. On the Subscription Management page, under Your subscriptions, click Delete subscription.
3. On the confirmation page, confirm your decision to delete the subscription.

Submit a support ticket
The Razorsync Customer Portal is a web-based system that allows users to submit support tickets, view and manage their account, and view product updates. In order to login to the Razorsync Customer Portal, users must first create an account. To create an account, users must provide their email address and password. After creating an account, users can login to the Razorsync Customer Portal by entering their email address and password into the "Login" field and clicking the "Login" button.
