To change your password, go to the Rand Water website and sign in. Click on the "My Account" tab on the top navigation bar and then click on "Password." On the "Password Change" screen, enter your old password and new password and click on "Update Password." You're all set!

How to cancel your subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription, go to RandWater.com and click on “My Account” in the top right corner. On the “My Account” page, click on the “Cancel Subscription” link in the left column. You will then be asked to confirm your decision by clicking on the “Cancel Subscription” link again.
How to dispute a charge
If you have a dispute about your Rand Water bill, there are steps you can take to have the charge disputed.
1. Log in to your account at randwater.co.za and click on the ‘My Account’ tab on the top right corner of the screen.
2. On the ‘My Account’ page, click on ‘Bills’ in the left-hand column.
3. On the ‘Bills’ page, click on the bill you want to dispute.
4. Under ‘How to Dispute this Bill’, click on ‘Dispute This Bill’.
5. On the ‘Dispute this Bill’ page, you will be asked to provide information about your dispute, including:
• Your name and address
• The date and time of your alleged water usage
• A detailed description of how you believe you were overcharged
