How to login to Quincy College Portal
If you are not already registered with Quincy College Portal, you will need to register first. Once you have registered, you will be able to login to the portal using your username and password. To login, follow these steps:

3. Enter your Username and Password into the fields provided and click "Submit."

How to add or update your student contact information
Welcome to the Quincy College Portal! You can add or update your student contact information by following these steps:
1. Go to My Account in the Portal.
2. Click on Add/Update Person.
3. Enter your full name and email address, and click Save.
4. Your contact information will be automatically saved and updated in the future.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgotten your password?" link on the login screen.
If you have forgotten or cannot find your user ID, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgotten your user ID?" link on the login screen.
To change your password, enter your current password in the text box below and click on the "Change Password" button.

How to view your Student Account information
You can view your Student Account information by logging in to the Quincy College Portal. To login, enter your username and password in the login form below. If you have forgotten your password, please contact the Registrar’s Office.

How to make payments on your student account
If you are having trouble logging in to your Quincy College Portal account, there are a few things you can do to make your payments.
First, make sure that you have the latest version of the Portal and that your browser is up to date. If you are using a computer at home, you can update the Portal by clicking on the “Updates” link on the main menu and then clicking on the “Update my Portal” button.
If you are using a computer at school, please contact your campus technology support staff for assistance with updating your Portal.
If you are still having trouble logging in, try these steps:
1. Make sure that your user name and password are correct.
2. Verify that your computer is connected to the Internet and that there is enough space on your hard drive for the Portal program.
3. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login screen and enter your user name and last four digits of your social security number. A new password will be emailed to you shortly.

1. Go to your student portal and sign in.
2. Click on My Account on the main menu.
3. Under My Account, click on Payments and Billing.
4. On the Payments and Billing page, under Student Accounts, click on Dispute Payment.
5. Follow the instructions on the Dispute Payment page to dispute the payment.
