If you are a student and want to access Q Student Portal, there are few steps that you need to take in order to login. Follow these simple instructions to find out how to login and access your account:
First, go to qstudentportal.com and sign in. If you have already signed in, please enter your login information below.
Once you have logged in, click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page. This tab will show all of your accounts with Q Student Portal - including your MyQ account, which is where you will be primarily using this portal.
If you do not have a MyQ account yet, click on "Create an Account" below your username and fill out the form. After you submit the form, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to create your MyQ account. Once you have created your MyQ account, return to this page and click on the "MyQ" tab at the top of the page. You will now see all of your accounts within Q Student Portal - including your MyQ account!
How to login to Q Student Portal
If you are a registered student at Queen’s University, you can log in to Q Student Portal using your username and password. To create a new account, click the “Create an Account” link on the top right of the page. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources and services available through Q Student Portal.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to the Q Student Portal using your eID and password.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Under My Account, click on Change Password.
4. Enter your current password in the New Password field and click on Change Password again.
5. Review the new password and make sure it is correct before clicking on OK.
6. If you wish, you can also choose to create a new password which will be required for future logins to the Q Student Portal.
How to report a problem
If you are having trouble accessing your QStudent Portal, or if you have discovered a problem while using the site, you can report the issue to us through the online form located on the right side of every page. How to unsubscribe from Q Student Portal
If you want to unsubscribe from Q Student Portal, follow these steps:
1. Open the Q Student Portal app on your device.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under "My Account," click "Unsubscribe."
3. You'll be asked to confirm your unsubscription. Once you've done this, you'll no longer receive emails from Q Student Portal.
