Purdue Portal 365 is a web-based portal that allows Purdue students, staff and faculty to access their personal information and resources from anywhere. In order to login to Purdue Portal 365, you will need your Purdue ID number (which is the nine digit number located on the back of your ID card), your NetID password (which you probably set up when you first registered for online services at Purdue), and your MyPurdue account username and password.
How to login to Purdue Portal 365
If you are a Purdue University student, faculty, or staff member, you can access your Purdue Portal 365 account from any device with an internet connection.
To login to your Purdue Portal 365 account, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" button in the top left corner of any Purdue Portal page.
2. Type your username and password into the appropriate fields, and click "Log In."
3. You will be automatically logged in to your Purdue Portal 365 account. If you ever need to log out of your Purdue Portal 365 account, click the "Log Out" button in the top right corner of any page.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your Purdue Portal password, there are several ways to reset it.
To reset your password, login to your Purdue Portal account and click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link in the upper-right corner of the home page. You will be asked to enter your email address and click on the “Reset Password” button. This will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you have lost your original login information, you can create a new login account and reset your password there. To do this, click on the “Create Account” link in the upper-right corner of the home page and fill out the required information. Once you have completed this step, click on the “Reset Password” button to reset your password.
How to troubleshoot common issues
If you are having trouble logging in to Purdue Portal, there are a few things you can do to try and resolve the issue. First, check to see if the problem is with your computer or your browser. If it's your computer, make sure you have the latest updates installed. If it's your browser, make sure you have the latest version of the software.
If that doesn't solve the problem, try resetting your password. You can find instructions for resetting your password on their website or by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen. How to email or contact Purdue Portal 365
If you need to email or contact Purdue Portal 365, you can do so by following these steps:
Log in to Purdue Portal 365. From the main menu, click Email Accounts. In the Email Accounts section, click on the account that you want to email or contact. On the Email Account Properties page, under the Email Settings tab, enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields. Click Send Email.

How to use the chat feature on Purdue Portal 365
If you are having trouble logging in to Purdue Portal 365, you can use the chat feature to help.
To use the chat feature, first login to Purdue Portal 365. Then, go to the chat tab and enter your username and password.

How to add or remove users from groups
Users can add or remove other users from groups by clicking the "Group Members" link on the left hand side of the Purdue Portal home page. This will open a list of all the users in the group. To add a user, click on the user's name and then click on "Add Member." To remove a user from a group, click on their name and then click on "Remove Member."
How to set up a personal password
To login to Purdue Portal, you will need to create a personal password. This password will allow you to access your account and files, as well as keep others from accessing your account.
To set up a personal password, log in to Purdue Portal and click the "Account" tab at the top of the page. On the "Account" page, click the "Login" link in the upper right corner. In the "Login" form, enter your name (first and last name), email address, and password. Click the "Create Password" button to create your personal password. You will be able to preview this password before you enter it in the "Password" field. Remember to never use easily guessed words like your birthdate or your address.
