If you are looking to sign up for services at the Purcell Clinic, you will need to first login. To do this, follow these simple steps:
How do I sign in to my patient portal?
If you have not already done so, please create an account on their website. To sign in, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “My Account” link located on the top right-hand corner of their website.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Sign In” button.
3. You will now be taken to their login page. Enter your patient portal username and password in the respective fields and click on the “Login” button.
How do I change my password?
If you forgot your password, or if you would like to change your password, please follow these instructions.
To login to the Patient Portal, click the "Login" button at the top of any page. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click "Log In." You will now be logged in to the Patient Portal. If you have forgotten your password, please contact them at (859) 239-8000 and we will be happy to help you reset your password.
What are my access rights?
You have the following access rights:
- To view your account details and activity logs
- To change your password
- To unsubscribe from email notifications

Can I cancel my appointment online?
The Purcell Clinic Patient Portal allows you to cancel appointments online. To cancel an appointment, click on the "Appointments" tab and then click on the appointment that you would like to cancel. Next, click on the "Cancel Appointment" button.
What if there is a problem with my account?
If you have a problem logging in to your account or if you think there is a problem with your account, please follow these steps:
1. Check to make sure that you have entered your login information correctly.
2. If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact their customer service team at 1-855-Purcell (1-855-737-2753). They will be able to help you resolve the issue.
What should I do if I need to speak to a nurse or doctor?
If you need to speak to a nurse or doctor, please use the patient portal. The patient portal is a secure way to communicate with their healthcare team. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Patient Portal" link on the left-hand side of this page.
2. Enter your Patient ID number in the "Login" box and click "Login".
3. You will be directed to a login screen. Type in your User Name and Password and click "Log In".
