How to login to the Patient Portal

1. Log in to your MyHealthAccount account.
2. Click the "Patient Portal" link on the left-hand side of the MyHealthAccount home page.
3. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate boxes and click "Login."
4. You will be taken to the Patient Portal main page.
How to use the Patient Portal
If you are a BC patient, you have access to their Patient Portal. This is a web-based system that allows you to manage your health information and connect with your health care providers. To use the Patient Portal, you need to first login. Here's how:
1. Go to www.psych.ca/patients/login and enter your User ID and password.
2. If you have not created a User ID yet, click on the Create My Account link in the top right corner of the homepage and follow the instructions.
3. Once you have logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Login link in the left column.
4. Enter your User ID and password and click on the Log In button.
5. You will now be taken to the My Health Profile page. Here, you can view your personal health information, including your name, date of birth, contact information, medical history, medications and allergies, etc. You can also add or update this information using the My Health Profile form on this page.
