How to login to the Providence Pediatrics Patient Portal
If you are a Providence pediatric patient, you have access to a lot of valuable information and resources through the Patient Portal. To access the Patient Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your My Providence account. You can find this account information by going to www.providencepediatrics.org and clicking on “My Providence Profile” in the upper right hand corner of the home page. This will take you to the My Providence home page. On this page, you will see a blue bar that says “Login with My Providence” in the top left hand corner. Click on this bar to log in to your My Providence account.
2. Once you are logged in to your My Providence account, click on the “Patient Portal” link in the top left hand corner of the home page. This will take you to the Patient Portal home page. The Patient Portal home page has several sections: My Health Record, Bills & Payments, Education Resources, and more! The first section we want to focus on is “My Health Record”. How to adjust your privacy settings
If you are not a registered Providence pediatric patient, you can use their Patient Portal to access your account and adjust your privacy settings. To access the Patient Portal, sign in using your unique patient identification number (PIN).
To change your privacy settings:
1. Sign in to the Patient Portal.
2. In the top left corner of the page, select "Settings."
3. On the "Settings" page, select "Your Profile."
4. Under "Personal Information," select "Privacy Settings."
5. Select how much information you want to share about yourself: Public or Private.
6. Click "Save Changes."
How to get help with your account
If you have forgotten your password, or need help logging in to your account, follow these steps:
-Click the link in the email that you received when you registered for your account.
-Enter your login ID and the last six digits of your social security number.
-Click “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the instructions.
-If you still cannot log in, please call their office at 401-222-6000 and ask for one of their staff members.
How to report a problem with the Patient Portal
If you have a problem logging in to the Patient Portal, please try these steps:
- Make sure you are using the most recent browser version and plug-in.
- If you are using a Firefox browser, make sure that the "Block pop-ups" feature is disabled.
- If you are using a Chrome browser, make sure that the "Enable phishing and malware protection" feature is enabled.
- If you are using Internet Explorer, make sure that the "Enable active content security policy" feature is enabled.
