PIP is a secure and user-friendly online tool that allows property professionals to access all their rental, purchase, and development information in one place. From property inspections to updates on new projects, PIP makes accessing your information quick and easy. In addition, PIP provides calculators to help you make informed decisions about your Real Estate investments.
How to Login:
To login to Property Information Portal (PIP), please follow these steps:

If you are currently viewing the PIP website on your computer, click the “Login” link in the top right corner of the main page.
Step 2
If you are viewing the PIP website on your mobile device, tap “Login” in the top right corner of the main page, then tap “Sign In”.
Step 3
Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click “Sign In”. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” below the login form and enter your email address and password into the provided fields. Your reset password will be emailed to you immediately.

Using the Property Information Portal
The Property Information Portal is an online resource that contains information about properties in the city of Dayton. It is a great tool for residents, property owners, and businesses. To use the portal, you need to login.:
To login to the Property Information Portal, go to https://www.dayton.org/portal/login and enter your username and password. Once you have logged in, you will see the Homepage screen. On this screen, click on the Properties link in the left column. The Properties screen will open. On this screen, you can find information about all of the properties in Dayton. You can search by address, name, or MLS number. You can also view photos, map locations, and more. You can also create or edit your own properties profile and add data such as listing details, photos, videos, and more.
Editing Properties
The Property Information Portal is a centralized location for landlords and tenants to manage their rental properties.
To login to the Property Information Portal, first create an account by clicking on the "Create Account" link on the top menu bar.
Once logged in, you will see the "My Properties" page. This page contains all of your current and past rental properties.
To edit a property's information, first click on the property's name in the "My Properties" list.
On the next page, you will see all of the properties information. You can edit each property's name, address, description, photo, and more.

Deleting Properties
If you no longer need a property information portal, you can delete it by following these steps:
1. Log in to the portal using your username and password.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on the "Settings" button.
3. On the "Settings" page, under "General," click on the "Delete Portal" button.
Importing Data from Other Sources
If you are looking to get started with importing data into your Property Information Portal (PIP) from other sources, there are a few things to keep in mind.
First, make sure that the data you are importing is in the right format. PIP can import data in either XML or JSON formats. If the data is not in one of these formats, it will not be able to be imported into PIP.

Creating Reports from the Property Information Portal
If you want to generate reports from the Property Information Portal, first login to the portal. Once you are logged in, click on Reports at the top of the page. The Reports page will show all of your current reports. You can create new reports by clicking on the plus sign next to a report title. To modify an existing report, click on the edit button next to the report's title.
Once you have created or modified a report, you can save it by clicking on the save button. To print a report, click on the print button next to the report's title.
