Project Home is a website that connects homeowners with home improvement services and products. In order to login to the website, you need to create an account and enter your user name and password. However, if you forget your password, there is no way to retrieve it without contacting customer support. In this article, we will show you how to login to Project Home using your user name and password.
How to login to your Project Home Staff Portal
If you are a Project Home Staff member, your login credentials are located in the Account Settings page of your account on their website. You can access this page by clicking on the "Account" tab at the top of any Project Home page, and then clicking on the "Settings" link in the drop-down menu that appears.
Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your staff members' accounts. To add or update information about a staff member's account, click on the appropriate link in the list. For example, to add or update a staff member's contact information, click on the "Contact" link.
If you have forgotten your login credentials, please enter your email address and password into the corresponding fields and click on the "Log In" button. If you still cannot log in after trying these steps, please contact their support team at [email protected] for assistance.
Your User ID and Password
If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking the "New Account" link on the left side of the page. After registering, you will be taken to the login screen.
Enter your User ID (1234) and Password (password) in the appropriate fields and click "Login." Your user name will be displayed next to your password. If you have forgotten your password, please email us at [email protected] and we will reset it for you.
Changing Your User ID and Password
If you need to change your user ID or password, sign in to the portal.
1. Click the "Sign In" link in the upper left corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your user name and password and click "Sign In."
3. On the "My Account" page, select the "Account Settings" tab.
4. Under "User ID," enter your new user ID. Under "Password," enter your new password. Click "Update."
5. Click the "Log Out" link in the upper right corner of the My Account page to log out of the portal.

Accessing Your Account History
If you ever need to login to your Project Home account, whether you're a current or former staff member, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the "Login" button on the top right corner of any page on the website.
2. Enter your username and password (or sign in with your Facebook account if you're logged in).
3. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Your Password?" and enter your email address to receive a temporary password sent to that address.
4. Click "Log In" to confirm your identity and continue browsing the website.
