How to login to the Premier Pediatrics Patient Portal
For patients who have a Premier healthcare account, logging in to the patient portal is easy. Here's how:
1. Open the Premier Patient Portal on your computer.
2. If you're not already signed in, enter your username and password.
3. Click the Users link in the top left corner of the page.
4. In the Users list, click your name. The login screen for your account will appear.
5. Type in your username and password (or click Sign In if they are already entered). Your account is now authenticated and you can access all of your information in the patient portal.
How to use the Patient Portal
If you are a pediatric patient and have an account with Premier Pediatrics, you can use the Patient Portal to access your records, see your appointment schedule, and more!
How to find information about your child
If you are a patient at Premier Pediatrics, you can find information about your child on their Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a one-stop shop for everything related to your child’s care. You can access the Patient Portal from the website, or by using the App.
To login to the Patient Portal:
1. Log in to your Premier Pediatrics account online. If you don’t have an online account, create one now.
2. On the homepage of their website, click on "Patient Portal."
3. Enter your patient ID (found on your medical record) and password into the appropriate fields and click "Log In."
4. You will be asked to select a care team for your child. Select "My Child" and then choose which care team you want to view information for: acute care (inpatient or outpatient), pediatric urgent care, pediatric clinic, or family health team. Each care team has different information available on their pages.
On the right side of the screen, you will see all of your child’s clinical information including medications, allergies, and immunizations. You can also see videos of their providers performing procedures
How to report a concern
Premier Pediatrics Patient Portal is a patient portal designed to help parents and caregivers stay connected with their child’s health and care. This guide will show you how to login to the portal and report a concern.
To login to Premier Pediatrics Patient Portal, click the "Login" link on the top right of any page. Once you are logged in, you can report a concern by clicking on the "Report a Concern" link on the left hand side of any page. You can also use this link to find information about your child’s health and care, ask questions or share pictures and videos.
How to get help from Premier Pediatrics
If you're having trouble logging in to your Patient Portal, here's how to get help.
1. Look for the blue "Help" button on the top right corner of your Patient Portal page.
2. Click on the blue "Help" button and a pop-up box will appear with instructions on how to use the Help feature.

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please follow these instructions to change it:
1. Log into the Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. In the "My Account" window, click on "Password Settings."
4. Enter your current password and click on "Change Password."
5. Type in a new password and confirm it.
6. Click on "OK" to save your changes.
How to unsubscribe from the Patient Portal
To unsubscribe from the Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the link "Unsubscribe" located at the top of the page.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click on the "Unsubscribe" button.
3. You will receive a confirmation email from Premier Pediatrics that you have unsubscribed from their Patient Portal.
