Welcome to the Prairie Property Management Resident Portal! This web-based application is designed to allow their residents easy access to their account information, including checking their account balances and making payments. In order to login and access your account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Register for a user account by clicking on the "Register" link located in the upper right corner of the page. Once you have registered, you will be able to login using your e-mail address and password.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Login". You will be automatically logged into your account. If you have forgotten your password, please contact them at 888-868-4666 or [email protected] and we will be happy to help you reset it.
How to login to the Prairie Property Management Resident Portal
To login to the Prairie Property Management Resident Portal, click on the "Login" button located in the top right corner of the web page. Enter your username and password and click on the "Log In" button.
How to find your account number
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have lost your account number, you can find it by following these steps:
Log in to the Prairie Property Management Resident Portal. On the left-hand side of the screen, under "My Account," click on "Forgot Password?" You will be prompted to enter your username and email address. If you have forgotten your password, the email address that you used to create your account will be sent a reset link. If you have lost your account number, please contact Prairie Property Management at 1-800-267-5373.
How to change your password
If you haven't already, you'll need to create a password for your account. To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your prairie property management resident portal.
2. On the top left corner of the screen, click "My Account."
3. On the "My Account" page, click "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click "Update Profile."
How to report a problem with your account
If you have trouble logging in to your account or need to report a problem, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Log In" button in the upper-right corner of the home screen. If you are having problems logging in, please enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your email address or password, click here to reset them.
2. If you are having problems with your account, we need as much information as possible to help solve the problem. Please complete the form below and click "Submit." They will contact you as soon as possible to help resolve the issue. Thank you for your cooperation.
How to update your contact information
To update your contact information, log into the Prairie Property Management Resident Portal and locate the “Contact Info” tab. Click on the “Update Your Contact Info” button to begin the process. You will be prompted to enter your current contact information and click on the “Submit” button.
How to unsubscribe from their email updates
If you no longer wish to receive emails from their resident portal, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of each email.
How to view your account activity
If you are a Prairie Property Management resident, you can view your account activity on their resident portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Residents" tab on the homepage of their website.
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields.
3. If you have not already done so, select "Update Profile" from the menu to the left and provide us with your current contact information.
4. Click on the "View Activity" link at the top of the page to access your account's recent activity.
