If you are a patient at PPG Health System, you can use their Patient Portal to manage your health information and connect with your care team. Here are instructions on how to login:
1. Go to ppgpatients.com and enter your user name and password. If you have not registered for the Patient Portal, you will be prompted to do so now.
2. After logging in, you will be taken to the main Patient Portal page. On the left side of the page, under "My Account," you will see a link to "My Health Records."
3. Click on this link to open your health records. You will see all of your medical information, including medications, surgeries, tests and more! You can also access your care team's contact information and logs of your interactions with them.
4. If you would like to make any changes or updates to your health records, click on the "My Health Records" link again and then under "Manage My Records" on the right side of the page, click on the "Edit My Details" button. You can also email or print out copies of your health records for personal use.
