If you are a patient at Post Road Pediatrics, you will need to login in order to access important information about your care. In this article, we will show you how to login and use the Patient Portal.
How to sign in
If you have not already done so, please click here to create an account on their patient portal. Once you have logged in, please follow these steps to access the Patient Portal:
1. Click on the "My Account" link located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. If you have previously registered with them, log in using your login name and password. If you have not registered yet, please click on the "Create Account" link and enter your information into the fields that appear. You will then be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to click on the "Create Account" button again.
3. Once you have created your account, you will be taken to the main Patient Portal page. On this page, please click on the "Login" link located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The Login form will appear. Please enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will now be taken to the My Patients page. On this page, please click on the "View Patient History" link located in the lower left-hand corner of the screen
How to access your account
If you have not already done so, please register for a patient account on the Post Road Pediatrics Patient Portal. Once you have registered and logged in, follow these steps to access your account:
1. Click on the Patients link on the top left corner of the homepage.
2. On the Patients page, click on the Login link in the upper right corner.
3. Enter your username and password in the respective fields and click on Log In.
4. You will now be presented with your patient profile page. To access any of your account's settings, click on the My Account tab at the top of the page.
Finding a doctor
If you are looking for a doctor, the Post Road Pediatrics Patient Portal is a great resource. The portal offers an online directory of doctors and their locations. You can also find information about pediatric health and check out resources such as patient tips and videos. To login to the portal, go to www.postroadpediatrics.org and click on "Patient Portal." Then, enter your email address and password.
Appointments
To make a new appointment, please click the "Appointments" link on the top left of the website. You will be directed to their online appointment calendar. To view or update an existing appointment, please click on the appropriate date and time in the calendar. If you have any questions about making or viewing appointments, please contact their office at (804) 781-1111.
If you are a registered patient and have logged in to their Patient Portal, you can view your appointments, messages and health history at any time by clicking on "My Appointments" located in the top right corner of the website. Messages from their office are also displayed here. If you do not have access to their Patient Portal, please call their office at (804) 781-1111 for assistance.

Viewing your records
If you are a patient at Post Road Pediatrics and have the Patient Portal account, you can view your records by logging in. To log in, click the "Log In" button on the top right corner of the Patient Portal page. Enter your username (first and last name), password, and email address. You will then be able to view your medical records, test results, and other important information.
Sending a message to the doctor
If you have a question or concern that you would like to address with your pediatrician, there are a few different ways to do so. You can either send an email, call the office, or visit the Patient Portal.
To send an email to your pediatrician, you will need their contact information and the topic of your inquiry. Once you have these details, follow these simple steps:
-Open your email program and compose a new message.
-In the "To" field, type in your pediatrician's name followed by "@postroadpediatrics.com".
-In the "Subject" field, type in the following: "Message from Parent".
-Click on "Send Email".

Getting a copy of your records
If you have a question about your health or care, their Patient Portal can help. You can login to Post Road Pediatrics and view your medical records.
Payment for services
If you are paying for services at their clinic through their patient portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the "Payments" tab on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on "Make a Payment" to open the payment form.
3. Enter your information and click on "Submit Payment."
4. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your payment information.
5. You are now logged into the patient portal and can access all of your account information.
