How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Post Chastain Resident Portal.
2. Click on the βMy Accountβ link on the top menu.
3. In the βMy Accountβ section, click on the βPasswordβ tab.
4. Enter your current password in the βPasswordβ field and click on the βChange Passwordβ button.
5. Enter a new password in the βNew Passwordβ field and click on the βChange Passwordβ button.
6. Click on the βLog Outβ button to log out of your account and return to the homepage.
How to reset your password

How to add new devices to your account
If you have a Post Chastain account and have added your devices to the My Devices page, you can add new devices to your account by following these steps:

3. Click Add Device on the right side of the page.
4. Enter the device's account number, user name, and password in the appropriate fields.
5. Click Save.
How to access archived content
To access archived content, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Chastain Resident Portal.
2. Click on "Archived Content" in the left-hand navigation bar.
3. Choose a date range to view content for.
4. Click on any item to view the details and a link to download the document.
