Portsmouth Public Schools is excited to launch their new Parent Portal! This online resource will provide parents with access to important information about their child's school, including grades and test scores. To access the Parent Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in using your PPS email address and password.
2. Click on My Students to view your child's current enrollment and school assignments.
3. Click on Parents to view important information about Portsmouth Public Schools, such as policies, calendar details, and announcements.
How to login to the Portsmouth Public Schools Parent Portal
If you are a parent of a Portsmouth Public Schools student, you can use the Parent Portal to stay connected with your child's education. The Parent Portal is a secure website that allows parents to login and access important information about their child's school, grades, and more. To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.portsmouthps.org/parent-portal and sign in.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Log In."
3. Enter your email address and password.
4. Click on "Sign In."
5. On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see all of your children's information and current grades. You can also view attendance records and more!
How to navigate the Parent Portal
The Portsmouth Public Schools Parent Portal is a great way to connect with your children's school and get important information and updates about your child's education.
To access the Parent Portal, sign in using your school username and password. (If you don't know your school username or password, please contact the school.) Once you're logged in, you'll see the main menu at the top of the page.
From here, you can access all of the important information about your child's education. You can view their current grades, find out what camps and programs they are registered for, sign up for notifications about important school happenings, and much more.

How to view your child’s records
If you are a parent of a Portsmouth public school student, you can log into the parent portal to view your child’s records. The portal is accessible through the website at www.portsmouthpublicschools.com and requires registration. After registering, you will be able to:
- View your child’s attendance history and grades
- Add or remove your child from classes
- Request transcripts for grades 9-12
- Request e-mail notifications about important school events
How to report issues with your child’s records
If you have been unable to log in to your child’s Portsmouth Public Schools Parent Portal account, or if you have encountered an issue with accessing your child’s records, please follow these steps:
1. Create a new account and login. If you already have an account, please use the password reset link at the top of the Parent Portal home screen.
2. If you are having difficulty logging in, please try the following: Check that you are entering your parent portal username and password correctly. Make sure that you are using the same browser and operating system on which you registered for the portal. Try using a different browser if possible. Reset your password if necessary. Try using a different web browser or computer if possible. Contact us at 860-368-9777 if you still cannot log in to your Parent Portal account or if you experience any other issues accessing your child’s records.
3. If you are having trouble viewing your child’s records, please follow these steps: Log in to your Parent Portal account and click on My Account Profile Navigate to Student Records Select the student record that you want to view Click on View Record
How to unsubscribe from notifications
To unsubscribe from notifications sent to your email address, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log into the Portsmouth Public Schools Parent Portal.
2. Click on the "Notifications" link on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. On the "Notifications" page, click on the "Unsubscribe" link next to the notification you would like to unsubscribe from.

The Portsmouth Public Schools Parent Portal allows parents to access information about their child's school, grades, and more.
