How to login to portal
To login to your portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your portal using your username and password.

4. If you are a registered administrator, you will be automatically logged in and can skip to step 5. If you are not a registered administrator, or if you are not currently logged in, click the Login with Facebook button to log in with your Facebook account. (Note: If you do not have a Facebook account, you can create one at www.facebook.com.) After logging in, click the Log In With Google button to log in with your Google account. (Note: If you do not have a Google account, you can create one at www.google.com.)
How to use portal
If you are not already logged in to your portal, follow these steps:
1. From the home screen of your browser, open the portal.
2. Click on Login in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on Log In.
4. You will be automatically logged into the portal. If you are not already logged in, click on Login to continue with these instructions.
How to create an account
If you are new to the Portal, or just need to login for a quick visit, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your portal account by clicking on the logo in the top right corner of your screen and entering your portal username and password.
2. Click on My Portals at the top of your screen and then click on the Portal Account link in the left column.
3. Enter your email address in the Email Address field and click on the Create an Account button.
4. You will be prompted to enter some basic information about yourself, including your name and organization. Once you have completed this step, you will be directed to create a password. Make sure that you remember this password as you will need it to log in to other parts of your portal account.
5. If you are already logged into your portal, please click on the Login link in the top right corner of your screen. Enter your username and password and click on the Log In button.
How to manage your account
If you have forgotten your login credentials, or if you need to reset them, there are a few steps you can take to regain access. First, try the following search string in the Google search bar: "portal login help." If that doesn’t turn up any results, you can try the following tips to help you remember your login information.

Additionally, if you have a supported device and have installed the Portal app on it, try logging in using your device’s username and password.
