What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the login page.
Can I reset my password if I have forgotten it?
If you have forgotten your password, there is a process you can go through to reset it. First, click the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the homepage. This will take you to a page where you can enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link at the bottom of this page. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I change my account information?
If you would like to make changes to your account information, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your portal account and click on "My Account." You will see a list of all of your current account settings.
2. On the right-hand side of the page, you will see a section called "Account Settings." Click on this to open the settings page.
3. On the "Account Settings" page, you will see a section called "Personal Info." In this section, you can update your account name, email address, and password. You are also able to set a security question and answer, and choose which type of security (two-factor authentication or password reset) you would like to use.
4. Once you have updated your Personal Info details, click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page. Your changes will now be reflected in all future portal logins.
What Happens If I Don't Use My Portal for a Month?
If you don't login to your portal for a month, the system will reset your password and you will need to create a new account.
