How to change your password

1. Log in to your Portal account by clicking the "Login" link on the top right of any page. You will be taken to a screen where you can enter your username and password.
2. If you have not changed your password in a while, you will be prompted to enter your current password before taking you to the Change Password screen.
3. To change your password, click on the link in the "Password" column next to your username. This will take you to a new screen where you can enter a new password and confirm it.
4. Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, click on the "OK" button at the bottom of the screen to return to the Login screen.
How to manage your course history
If you have not already done so, please login to your Portal Office Education account and click on the My Courses link in the top right corner of the screen.
Once you are logged in, you will see a list of all of your courses. To manage your course history, follow these steps:
1. Click on the course name to open the course page.
2. On the course page, click on the History tab.
3. In the History window, you will see all of your grades for this course.
4. To delete a grade from this history, click on the Delete Grade button next to that grade.
5. To add a new grade to this history, click on the Add Grade button next to that grade.
6. When you are finished managing your history, click on the Close History button at the bottom of the history window.
How to add or drop a course
If you are looking to add or drop a course, follow these steps:
1) Log in to your portal account.
2) Click on Courses in the left-hand navigation menu.
3) If you are adding a course, click on Add New Course.
4) If you are dropping a course, click on Drop Course.
How to resolve student issues
If you are experiencing an issue logging in to your Portal Office account, there are a few things you can do to resolve the problem. First, make sure that you have the latest version of the Portal Office app installed on your device. If you have already installed the latest version of the app, try clicking on “Forgot Password?” in your Portal Office account and enter your email address and password to reset your password.
