What are my security privileges?
If you are an administrator or owner of a Portal Office 365 tenant, the following table summarizes your security privileges.
Privilege Description
Administrator Can manage settings and resources for all users in the tenant. Can create and delete groups, channels, mailboxes, sites, and applications. Can view, modify, or delete user profiles. Can create new users in the tenant.
Owner Can manage settings and resources for their own account only. Cannot create or delete groups or channels in the tenant. Cannot view, modify, or delete user profiles. Cannot create new users in the tenant.
How do I change my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login screen. You will be prompted to enter your email address and answer a security question. Once you've verified that you are the owner of the account and answered the security question, you will be able to set a new password.
What are the consequences of not logging in to my Portal?
If you do not log in to your Portal within a set amount of time, your account will be automatically logged out and you will not be able to access any of your information or files.
