If you're having trouble logging into your Portal Nicole account, make sure you're following these simple steps:
1. Make sure you've set up your Portal Nicole account correctly. Click on the "Forgot your Password?" link in the login bar at the top of any page on Portal Nicole, and follow the instructions to create a new password.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields on sign-in pages for social media accounts (if you have them linked), and other Portal Nicole sites. If you don't have an email address or social media login, click on "Create an Account" to get started.

How to login to Portal Nicole

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have changed your password and cannot remember what it was, you can reset your password by following these steps:
-Go to the portal login page (https://portal.nicole.com) and click on the link in the "Forgot Password?" text box.
-Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Reset My Password" button.
-You will receive an email notification confirming that your password has been reset.
How to view your account information
To view your account information, login to portal.nicole.com and click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the homepage. On the My Account page you can see all of your account information, including your username, password, and email address.
How to cancel your account
If you are unsatisfied with the Portal Nicole experience, or need to cancel your account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the "Cancel My Account" link located at the top of any page within the Portal Nicole site.
2. You will be asked to confirm your decision to cancel your account.
3. Once you have confirmed your decision, your account will be cancelled and all of your data will be removed.
