How to login to Portal Lumen
To login to Portal Lumen, follow these steps:
1. Open the portal lumen website in your browser.
2. Click the "Login" link on the top navigation bar.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click the "Log In" button to finish logging in.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Go to the Portal Lumen login screen.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click "reset password."
3. You will be sent a new password via email. Change the new password and use it to log in to your account.
How to add new devices
Adding a new device to Portal Lumen is easy. Follow these steps:
1. Log in to Portal Lumen and click on "Devices" from the main menu.
2. Click on the "+" button near the bottom of the page and select "Add New Device."
3. Enter the information requested, including your device's IP address and username/password.
4. Click on "Create" to add your device.
How to sign out of Portal Lumen
If you ever need to sign out of Portal Lumen, there are a few different ways to do so.
The first way is to go to the portal lumen home screen and click on the three lines in the top right corner (three horizontal lines). This will take you to the sign out menu. From here, you can choose to sign out either completely or just for this session.
If you only want to sign out for this session, you can click on the button that says "Sign Out" and then type in your username and password. Once you have entered them correctly, hit enter and you will be signed out of Portal Lumen.
If you want to completely sign out of Portal Lumen, you can click on the button that says "Sign Out Completely" and then type in your username and password. Once you have entered them correctly, hit enter and you will be signed out of Portal Lumen for good.
How to troubleshoot issues
If you are having trouble logging in to Portal Lumen, there are a few things you can do to try and diagnose the issue.
First, check to see if you are using the correct login credentials. Make sure you are entering your username and password exactly as they appear on your Portal Lumen account page. If you still have trouble logging in, try resetting your password. You can do this by clicking on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the main menu of Portal Lumen, or by contacting customer service.
