3) If you have forgotten your student ID number, you can find it on your enrollment form or on their website at http://nwacademy.org/id-card/. Please note that if you are a parent or guardian who has signed up for My Account as part of the registration process, your student's ID number will be automatically entered into My Account when you log in.

If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to reset it for any reason, you can login to your Northwest Academy account through the portal. To login, simply enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click the "Login" button. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact their support team for assistance.

4) Your new email address will be automatically entered into the "From" field and posted in the "Reply To" field of all of your school-related messages, so please be sure to update your contact information if you have changed it since signing up for their portal.
5) Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page to save your updated information.
How to add or remove devices from your account
If you need to add or remove devices from your Northwest Academy account, there are a few easy steps you can take.
First, head to the My Account page and click on the Settings button in the top right corner. From here, you can select your devices and add or remove them from your account.
