To login to Portal Lodge, follow these steps:

How to create an account
If you are looking to create an account on Portal Lodge, you first need to create a username and password. To do this, click the "Sign In" link on the top navigation bar and enter your username and password into the appropriate fields. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the features of Portal Lodge.
How to add a payment method
If you have a Portal Lodge account, you can add a payment method. To add a payment method:
1. From the main menu, select Account > Add Payment Method.
2. Enter your Portal Lodge login information and click Add.
3. Select the payment method you want to use and click Done.
How to cancel an order
If you decide you no longer wish to make an order, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account at PortalLodge.com
2. Click on the My Account tab on the top left corner of the screen
3. Scroll down until you see your order information and click on the Order Details link next to the order you wish to cancel
4. On the Order Details page, click on the Cancel Order button located just below the order number
5. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation and then your order will be cancelled.
How to track your order
To keep track of your order, please login to their portal and view your order history. You can also view your order status by clicking on the Order Status link in the Menu Bar on the right hand side of their website.
How to view your order history
If you ever need to view your order history, you can do so by logging in to your Portal Lodge account. To do this, you will need to enter your login information and then click on the "History" link at the top of the page. This will take you to a list of all of your orders, with information including the date ordered, the product ordered, and the payment method used.
How to refund an order
If you are unhappy with your Portal Lodge purchase, please follow these instructions to refund your order.

Step 2 - On the "My Account" page, find the order you would like to refund and click on the "Refund This Order" button next to it.
