How to login to Portal Connect
If you are having difficulty logging in to Portal Connect, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that you have the latest version of Portal Connect installed.
2. Ensure that your computer is connected to the internet.
3. Click on the "Login" link located on the main menu of Portal Connect.
4. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
5. If you are still experiencing difficulty logging in, please contact customer service for further assistance.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Portal Connect password, or need to change it for any reason, follow these instructions:
1. Login to your portal account on the website.
2. Click "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the "Password" section and enter your current password into the "New Password" field. (If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot Password?" below to get help recovering it.)
4. Type your new password twice in the "New Password" field and hit submit.
5. You will be prompted to confirm your new password by clicking "Change Password." If you are sure you have entered it correctly, click "Confirm." Your new password will now be active and can be used to login to your portal account on the website.
How to sign out of Portal Connect
If you need to sign out of Portal Connect, there are a few different ways to do so.
The first way is to use the "Sign Out" button on the main toolbar. This will take you to a confirmation screen where you can click "Sign Out" to exit Portal Connect.
Another way to sign out of Portal Connect is to close all of your browser windows and then sign out of Portal Connect by clicking the "Sign Out" button on the main toolbar and then clicking the "Exit" button on the confirmation screen.
If you need to sign in again later, simply click the "Login" button on the main toolbar and enter your login credentials.

If you forgot your password, click here to reset it. If you don’t have a Portal Connect account, create one now. To login to your Portal Connect account, follow these steps:
1. Open the Portal Connect homepage.
2. Click the Log In button in the upper-left corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
4. You are now logged into your account!
Sign in using a social media account
1. Click the "Sign In" link in the top left corner of the portal.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. If you are already logged in, you will be taken to the main page of the portal. If not, you will be prompted to sign in.
4. If you have not used a social media account to sign in before, you will be asked to provide your email address and choose a password. You can then select a social media account from the drop-down list and enter your credentials.
5. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of recent posts and articles. You can also view your profile information and settings by clicking on the "Profile" link in the top right corner of the screen.
Password recovery
