Portal 38 is a multimedia portal with information on movies, TV shows, music, books and games. To access Portal 38 you need to login. Here's how to do it.
How to login to Portal 38
To login to Portal 38, you will need your username and password. To find your username, go to the Settings page and click on the Login link. To find your password, go to the Settings page and click on the Password link.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can reset them both by going to the Login page and clicking on the Reset Password link.
How to change your password
1. To change your password, go to your account profile page and click on “Change Password”.
2. Enter your new password and confirm it.
3. You will now be able to log in to Portal using your new password.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, there are a few ways to reset it.
To reset your password, visit the login portal at https://account.portal.com/signin?next=/reset_password&returnUrl=%2F&username=%3A%2F%5E&password=%5B%22newpassword%22%5D.
You will need your username and password to reset your password. Once you have entered these details, you will be directed to a page where you can enter your new password. Make sure that you remember this new password, as you will need it to log in to your account later on.
How to sign in to a saved account
If you have a saved account on Portal, you can sign in to it by following these steps:
1. Open the Portal app on your phone or computer.
2. If you have multiple accounts, select the account you want to use.
3. Enter your login credentials.
4. If you have a saved account, the app will automatically sign you in.
How to add a new account
If you want to login to your portal, you first need to add a new account. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the portal.
2. On the left side of the screen, click on the Accounts tab.
3. In the Accounts section, click on Add an Account.
4. Enter your login information and click on Save.
How to delete an account
If you no longer need an account on Portal, you can delete it by following these steps:
1. On the home page, click on the Account link in the top left corner.
2. On the Accounts page, click on the Account you want to delete.
3. On the Account Details page, click on the Delete Account button.
How to block or unblock somebody on Portal 38
If you want to block or unblock somebody on Portal 38, follow these steps:
1. In the left-hand navigation bar, click Account.
2. In the Account section, under Settings, click Blocking and Unblocking.
3. Under Blocking and Unblocking, click either Block or Unblock.
4. To block someone, under Who can see this person's profile?, select Blocked users only.
5. To unblock someone, under Who can see this person's profile?, select All users.
How to report a problem
If you have a problem logging in to your Portal account, please first try these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that you are using the most recent version of the Portal software. You can get the latest version from their website or by updating your browser.
- If you are using a mobile app, make sure that you are using the same version of the app as your Portal account.
- If you are using a web browser, make sure that you have cookies enabled and that your computer is connected to the internet.
- If you are using a phone or tablet, make sure that your device is connected to the internet and that the Portal app is open.
