How to Login to the Poma Fertility Patient Portal
If you are a Poma patient and have not already created a user profile on the Patient Portal, please follow these steps to login:
1. Click on the "User Profile" link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Fill out your name and email address in the fields provided, and click on the "Submit" button.
3. You will be directed to a new page where you will be asked to verify your email address by clicking on a link in an email that has been sent to you by Poma. If you do not have this email, please contact Poma customer service at 877-683-9336 for assistance in verifying your email address.
4. Once you have verified your email address, click on the "Login" button to log yourself into the Patient Portal.
