How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or would like to change it, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account at https://partnerportal.plus.net/.
2. Click on the ‘My Account’ link in the top left corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on the ‘Log In’ button.
4. You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your new password. Once you have entered it, click on the ‘Save Changes’ button.
5. If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset it, please enter your email address and click on the ‘Reset Password’ button next to your username. A new password will be sent to the email address that you have provided. Please ensure that you keep this password safe as it will allow you access to all of your Plusnet accounts.
How to activate your Plusnet Partner Portal account
To activate your Plusnet Partner Portal account, you will need to email us a copy of your business registration certificate or VAT registration number. Once we have received this information, we will activate your account and send you an activation code. You can then use this code to login to your Portal account and start using all the benefits that it has to offer.
How to manage your account
If you have forgotten your Plusnet login details, or just want to manage your account more easily, the Plusnet Partner Portal is the perfect place to start.
To access the portal, go to partner.plus.net and sign in using your Plusnet ID and password. On the left-hand side of the screen, you'll see a list of all your accounts - including your broadband and phone contracts. You can also manage your billing information and switch broadband and phone providers without having to contact customer services separately.
If you need to contact customer services, the best way to do this is through the Portal. Simply click on 'Settings' in the main menu and then 'Contact Us'. From here, you can send an email or make a call using their 24/7 helpline.
