How to login to Plexus Customer Portal
In order to login to Plexus Customer Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Plexus account. If you do not have an account, create one now.
2. In the menu bar on the top of the page, click "My Profile."
3. Under "Login Info," enter your username and password. If you are not sure what your username and password are, click here to find out.
4. Click "Log in." Your account is now logged in.
5. If you are not already there, under the "My Profile" menu item, click "Settings." This will take you to the settings page for your Plexus account. On this page, under "Customer Portal," click "Login." You will be prompted to enter your username and password again.
6. Enter them and click "Login." You are now logged in to Plexus Customer Portal!
How to manage your account
If you have created an account with Plexus, you can manage your account information and settings through the Plexus Customer Portal. Logging in to your account is easy:
1. Go to https://plexus.com/customer-portal/.
2. Enter your username and password in the login form.
3. Click the "My Account" link on the left side of the page.
4. Review your account information and make any changes you need. You can also view and manage your subscriptions and add content providers.
How to find your account number
If you don't remember your Plexus account number, you can find it by clicking on the "My Account" tab in the Plexus customer portal and following the instructions.
Once you have found your account number, enter it in the "Account Number" field on the "Login" page of the Plexus customer portal.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Plexus Customer Portal password, or if you need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Plexus customer portal at https://portal.plexus.com/.
2. Click on the “Your Account” link in the top left corner of the page.
3. Select “My Profile” from the menu on the left and click on the “Edit Profile” link in the top right corner of the page.
4. Enter your email address in the “Email Address” text field and click on the “Save Changes” button below it.
5. Enter your new password in the “New Password” text field and click on the “Change Password” button below it.
6. Click on the “Log Out” button at the bottom of the page to log out of your account and return to the main Plexus customer portal page.
