Login
To login to the Planning Portal, you will need to enter your user name and password. To access the Planning Portal, please go to: https://planningportal.cityofnewyork.gov/
To login, please enter your user name (first and last name) and password (last four digits of your social security number). If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact customer service at (212) 516-9300 or email [email protected].
Account Settings
To login to the Planning Portal, you will need to first set up an account. To do this, you will need to enter your email address and password. Once you have set up your account, you can access it by clicking on the "Account" tab in the top menu of the PLANNING Portal.
You can also access your account settings by clicking on the "Settings" button in the top toolbar of the PLANNING Portal. On this page, you can adjust your account password, contact information, and other important details.
My Account
To login to the planning portal, you first need to create an account. To do this, click the "Create Account" button on the top right corner of the planning portal homepage.
Once you have created your account, you will be able to access all of the features of the planning portal. To log in, enter your username and password in the "Login" fields on the top right corner of the planning portal homepage.
Preferences
To login to the Planning Portal, you first need to preferences. To do this, click on the gear icon in the upper left corner of your screen and select Preferences. From here, you can change the login and password for the Planning Portal.
Once you have preferences set up, you can access the Planning Portal by clicking on the Login link in the upper right corner of your screen. You will be prompted to enter your login information and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources available in the Planning Portal.
Alerts
To login to your Planning Portal account, you will need to enter your username and password. To get started, click the "Login" button on the top right of the screen.
Once you have logged in, you will be given a list of alerts. You can choose to receive email notifications for any of these alerts, or you can view them on your Planning Portal account page.
To receive email notifications for an alert, simply click the "Subscribe" button next to the alert's title. This will add the alert to your subscription list and send you an email notification whenever there is a new update for that alert.
If you want to view an alert on your Planning Portal account page, simply click the "View" link next to the alert's title. This will open the alert in a new browser window, so that you can read it more easily.
Messages
To login to the Planning Portal, you will need to first send a message to the system. To do this, open the Messages app on your phone and type "planning" into the search bar. When the Planning Portal message appears, tap on it to open the message.
Next, you will need to enter your login information. This information is located in the top-right corner of the message. Once you have entered your login information, tap on the blue button that says "Log In."
You will now be taken to the Planning Portal homepage. On this page, you will find all of the resources that are available to you as a planner. You can access these resources by clicking on the links in the top-left corner of the page.
