How to Change Your Password

Changing Your Email Address
If you have ever forgotten your Pizza Express email address, or if it has changed since you joined the staff portal, you can easily change it by following these steps:
1. Log into the staff portal.

4. Enter your current email address in the "Email Address" field and click on the "Change" button.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
If you’re anything like us, you love your pizza. But did you know that even the best of us can fall victim to online scams? So, to help keep your account and data safe, we’ve partnered with Pizza Express to offer two-factor authentication (2FA).
To enable 2FA on your account, follow these simple steps:
1. Log into your account at www.pizzaexpress.com/login.
2. On the left sidebar, click Profile and then Account Settings.
3. Under Security, click on Two-Factor Authentication and select the Enable option.
4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and then click Sign In.
5. You will be redirected to a new page where you will be prompted to enter your security code in order to continue. Once you have entered it correctly, click Log In again to finish setting up 2FA.
Now when you log in to your account, you will be required to enter your security code each time instead of just your username and password. This will help protect your account against unauthorized access and keep your data safe.
Protecting Your Account
If you haven't already, please create an account on the Pizza Express Staff Portal. Once you have an account, please follow these simple steps to login:
1) Log in using your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address whereupon we will send you a new password.
2) Choose which areas of the Portal you'd like to access. On the left-hand side of the page, under "Area of Access," there are three tabs: My Profile, My Orders and My Deals. You can also access these areas by clicking on the links at the top of each column.
3) In My Profile, you can view your personal information such as your name, email address and contact details. You can also update this information if necessary.
4) Under My Orders, you can view all of your recent orders and their details. To view an order's complete history, click on the "History" tab at the top of the page.
