If you are a patient at Pioneer Valley Pediatrics, you can use their Patient Portal to access your health records. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal using your e-mail address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact them at [email protected].
2. Click on My Profile at the top of the page to view your health record information. This will include information about your doctor, hospitalizations, and tests/medications.
3. You can also access your health record by clicking on My Health Record under the My Profile tab on the main homepage of the Patient Portal.

In order to login, you will need your Patient ID number, which is located on your medical record or on your child’s health care provider’s identification card. Once you have entered your Patient ID number and logged in, you will be able to view your medical record or lab results.
How to update your personal information
If you have updated your personal information, please follow these steps to login:
1. Log in to the Pioneer Valley Pediatrics Patient Portal using your user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact them at 877-777-6877 or [email protected].
2. Click on the My Profile tab located on the left side of the portal homepage.
3. Scroll down to Your Personal Information and click on the Edit link next to it.
4. In the Your Personal Information box, enter your user name and password if you have them memorized, or click on the Log In button to create a new account if you do not have them yet. If you have had an adverse event while being treated by Pioneer Valley Pediatrics, please follow these instructions to report it.
1. Go to the Patient Portal and login.
2. Click on the "Report an Adverse Event" link in the main navigation bar.
3. You will be prompted to complete a short form with your name, contact information, and the details of your adverse event.
4. Once you have filled out the form, click on the "Submit" button.
5. Your report will be sent to their team for review and investigation.
How to keep track of your medicines
If you are a patient of Pioneer Valley Pediatrics and use their Patient Portal to manage your medications, there are a few things you should know.
First, if you have more than one medication that we treat with the same pill identifier, there is no need to enter each medication separately. Simply click on the pill identifier and it will take you to a list of all your medications for that particular pill identifier. From here, simply select the medication you would like to view information about and click on the "View Details" button to get started.
If you only have one medication that we treat with a different pill identifier, you will need to enter the pill identifier and the dose of the medication in order to view information about it. For example, if your pill identifier is "30 mg of ibuprofen", to view information about your ibuprofen dosage, you would enter "30" into the "Pill Identifier" field and then enter "500" into the "Dose" field.
