How to login to the Piedmont Ob Gyn Patient Portal
If you are a new patient or have not logged in to the Patient Portal in the past, please follow these instructions.
To access the Piedmont Ob Gyn Patient Portal, go to www.piedmontobgyn.com and sign in with your credentials. You will be taken to the Patient Portal main page. On the right side of the main page, under “My Account”, click on “Log In”. Enter your email address and password and click on “Log In”.
If you have previously logged in to the Patient Portal, enter your email address and password and click on “Login”. Your Username is your first name initial and last name (ie: [email protected]). Your Password is your last name initial plus two random letters (ie: jdoe2ab).
How to access your health information
A Piedmont ob-gyn patient portal is an online tool that provides patients with access to their health information. To create an account, visit the patient portal website and follow the instructions.
Once you have created an account, you can access your medical records, view appointments and medications, and more. You can also contact the doctor or staff if you have any questions or concerns.

How to make a request for a correction or amendment of your health information
If you are a patient at Piedmont OB/GYN and have questions about your health information, or if you would like to make a request for a correction or amendment of your health information, please visit their Patient Portal.
To access the Patient Portal, please click here.
Once on the Patient Portal, you will need to enter your name and email address in the login form on the left side of the screen. Once you have logged in, click on My Profile in the main menu. On the My Profile page, you will find a link to Request a Correction or Amendment of Your Health Information. Beneath this link is a form that you can use to make your request. Please note that we may not be able to comply with all requests for corrections or amendments. They will contact you if we are unable to meet your request.
How to dispute a decision made about your health information
If you have a complaint about a health decision made about you by your Piedmont OB/GYN, you can use the Piedmont OB/GYN Patient Portal to dispute the decision. The Patient Portal provides easy access to your health information and allows you to file a dispute with them.
To use the Patient Portal, first sign in using your username and password. Then, click Dispute a Decision. You'll need to provide some basic information about the decision you're disputing, such as the date of the decision and the reasons why you believe it was wrong.
If you're satisfied that your dispute has been resolved, click Submit. If not, you can continue filing disputes until your issue is resolved.
