Login to your Pick N Pay Franchise Portal
1. Open the Pick N Pay Franchise Portal at www.picknpay.co.za
2. In the top right-hand corner, click on your user name and password icon
3. Enter your user name and password into the login fields and click on the log in button

5. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the home page of your Pick N Pay Franchise Portal

7. Please note that some sections of the portal may require you to register before you can access them (for example, My Store). You can register for a free account by clicking on the Register Now link in the footer of most pages in the portal

View your order history
You can view your order history on the Pick N Pay Franchise Portal. To view your order history:
1. Log into the Pick N Pay Franchise Portal.
2. Click on the Order History link in the menu bar at the top of the page.
3. You will be taken to a page showing all of your orders that have been placed with Pick N Pay.
4. You can see the date and time of your order, as well as the products you ordered and the price you paid for each item.
Manage your products and orders
If you're looking to manage your products and orders, the Pick N Pay Franchise Portal is the place to go.

1) Log in to your account at www.picknpay.co.za
2) Click on the 'My Account' tab on the top left corner of the screen
3) Click on 'Contact Customer Service' in the main menu on the right hand side
4) You will be directed to a form where you can provide your contact details and explain what needs to be addressed.
Change your password
If you have forgotten your Pick N Pay password, please follow these instructions to change it.
Step 1: Log in to your account
To log in to your account, click on the "Login" button on the top right-hand corner of the homepage. You will then be taken to the login page.
Step 2: Enter your new password
On the login page, enter your new password and click on the "Log In" button. You will now be taken to your account screen.
Step 3: Change your password
On the account screen, under "My Account", click on "Change Password". You will now be able to enter your new password.
How to unsubscribe from marketing emails
If you would like to unsubscribe from Pick N Pay's marketing emails, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to your account at www.picknpay.co.za and click on the 'My Account' tab.
2. On the 'My Account' page, click on the 'Settings' link next to your email address.
3. On the 'Settings' page, under 'Email Preferences', select the ' unsubscribe from all marketing emails' checkbox and click on the 'Update Profile' button.
Assign a pickup time for your orders
If you'd like to have your orders picked up from a specific store, please enter the pickup time in the "Pickup Time" box on the Order Summary page. Your order will then be picked up at the specified time.
Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it.
