Petroc Parent Portal is the online portal that parents can use to access information about their children's education, attendance, and health records. In this article, we will show you how to login to Petroc Parent Portal and access your account.
How to login to Petroc
If you have not already done so, please create an account on the Petroc Parent Portal.
Once you have logged in, follow these steps to login to your account:
-Click on the "login" link on the top right of the page. This will take you to a page where you can enter your username and password.
-If you have not set up two-factor authentication for your account, you will be prompted to do so now. Two-factor authentication helps protect your account from unauthorized access. After setting up two-factor authentication, click on the "log in" button at the bottom of the page.
-If everything goes according to plan, you will be taken to a page where you can see all of your account information (including your login history). Congratulations! You have now logged in to your Petroc Parent Portal account.
Managing your account
If you have registered for the Petroc Parent Portal, or if you have already logged in, you can use the links below to access different parts of the portal.
To log in to your account, click on the link in the top left corner of any page. You will be prompted for your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact them at [email protected].
Reporting a problem
If you are having trouble logging in to the Petroc Parent Portal, please follow these steps.
1. If you are using a computer, try logging in using your user name and password. If that doesn't work, try signing in using your school account information.
2. If you are using a mobile device, try logging in using your Facebook account information.
3. If you are still having trouble logging in, please email their customer service team at [email protected] and provide the following information: Your name
Your school's username
Your student's username (if applicable)
The time and date of the problem
A screenshot of your web browser or mobile app screen
Change of address
If you have moved, please update your information in the Petroc Parent Portal. To login and make changes:
1. Log in to the Petroc Parent Portal at www.petroc.co.uk/parent-portal/.
2. Click on 'My Account' on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Click on 'Change of Address'.
4. Enter your new address in the 'New Address' field and click on 'Update'.
5. Click on 'Login' to finish updating your information.
Adding a pet
Adding a pet to your account is easy! Here are the steps:
1. Log in to your Petroc Parent Portal account.
2. Click on the "Pets" tab.
3. Select the animal you want to add from the list of available pets, and then click "Add."
4. Fill out the necessary information, and click "Save."
5. Congratulations! Your new pet is now registered with Petroc and ready for you to use!
Registering a new pet
If you are new to Petroc, we recommend that you register a new pet. Registration is free and takes only a few minutes. Once you have registered your pet, follow these simple steps to login:
1. Log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgotten Your Password?' link on the login page.
2. Select 'My Pets' from the list of content on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Click on your pet's name to open its profile page. To add or update information about your pet, click on the 'Edit Profile' link in the top right-hand corner of the page.
4. To manage your pet's settings (e.g., feeding schedule, exercise routine), click on the 'Settings' tab on the left-hand side of the page.

If you have a pet at home, you’re probably familiar with the worries that come with keeping track of their health and whereabouts. And if you’re like most pet owners, you also want to be able to access information about your pet from anywhere in the world. Here’s how to create an account on Petroc Parent Portal, and how to login when you’re visiting.
When you first visit Petroc Parent Portal, you’ll be asked to create an account. This is a free service and allows you access to all of the features of the portal. After creating your account, log in using your email address and password. You can also log in using Facebook if you have an account on that platform.
