How to login to the Perth Planning Portal
To login to the Perth Planning Portal, visit: www.perthplanningportal.com.au. Once you are logged in, find the "My Account" tab on the homepage and enter your user name and password.
How to use the Perth Planning Portal
If you're new to the Perth Planning Portal, or just need a refresher on how to use it, this blog post is for you! In this blog post, we'll show you how to login to the Perth Planning Portal, and explore some of the features available to you.
To login to the Perth Planning Portal, click the Login link on the top right corner of the homepage. You will be prompted to enter your user name and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to browse through all of the planning documents available on the portal.
Here are some key features of the Perth Planning Portal:
-you can search through all of the planning documents available on the portal by keyword or topic;
-you can view and download PDF files of planning documents;
-you can comment on planning documents;
-you can submit changes or amendments to planning documents;
-you can sign up for email notifications when new planning documents are uploaded to the portal.
How to submit a planning application
If you are not already registered with the Perth Planning Portal, please register before proceeding. Once registered, follow the instructions below to submit a planning application.
To login to the Perth Planning Portal:
-Click on the 'Log In' link in the top right-hand corner of the home page
-Type your user name and password into the login form (top right), and click 'log in'
-The Login Form will open in a new window or tab. Please close any existing windows or tabs before continuing.
-Enter your email address in the 'Email Address' field and click on 'submit'. The email will be sent directly to this address if there are any problems with logging in or submitting your application. If you do not have an email address registered with the portal, clicking on 'submit' will result in an error message being displayed.
-Please note that once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of your applications and submissions from this account.
How to view your planning application status
To view your planning application status, please login to the Perth Planning Portal. If you have not registered with the portal, you can do so by clicking here. Once logged in, click on 'Applications' in the left-hand column and select your application from the list. You will then be able to view all of the information associated with that application including its progress statuses and any amendments made.
How to amend your planning application
If you have made any changes to your application since submitting it online, or if you have any questions about how to amend your application, please follow the instructions below.
To amend your planning application:
Log in to the Perth Planning Portal. Click on 'My Applications' at the top of the page. Click on the application that you wish to amend. Click on 'Manage Changes'. In the 'Edit Application Details' window, click on 'Amend'. In the 'Amend Application Details' window, provide the following information: Name: The name that you would like to appear under your planning application. Description: A short description of why this property is of interest to you. Location: The address of your property. Completion Date: The date that you plan to complete construction/completion of your property. Save your changes.

How to view your neighbourhood plan
If you would like to view your neighbourhood plan, all you need is your login details and password. To login, first navigate to the 'My Neighbourhood Plan' section of the Perth Planning Portal. Once there, you will see a list of all the plans that are currently available to view. In order to view your neighbourhood plan, simply click on it and enter your login details and password.
How to submit a Neighbourhood Plan Amendment
If you're looking to submit a neighbourhood plan amendment, you'll need to login to the Perth Planning Portal. To do this, click on the "Login" link in the top right-hand corner of the home page, and enter your username and password. Once you've logged in, click on the "Submit a NEIGHBOURSHIP PLAN AMENDMENT" link on the left-hand side of the page.
To get started, you'll first need to select which neighbourhood you want to submit your amendment for. Then, you'll need to provide information about your proposed amendment, including a brief description, justification, and estimated cost. Finally, you'll need to confirm your submission by clicking on the "Confirm Submission" button. Once your amendment has been submitted, you can view its status by clicking on the "View Submission Status" link.
