If you have forgotten your password, or need to reset it, you can do so through the Peoplepoint login page. First, go to the login page and enter your email address and password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will then need to enter your code from your two-factor authentication app. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the password reset page. Here, you can enter your new password and click on the "Reset Password" button.

2. In the Dispute Charges window, click the Details button next to the charge you want to dispute.
3. In the Details window, find and click the Dispute button.
