What Can I Do on the Patient Portal?
To begin using the Patient Portal, first log in. From any page on the website, click on the βLoginβ button in the upper right corner. - View your account information: This includes your name, patient ID number, email address and password. You can change these details if you need to, or disable your account if you no longer use their website.

1. Go to www.pediatriccenter.org
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click on βMy Accountβ (or alternatively, use the menu bar at the top of the page).

My Account - accessing and managing your health information
If you are a patient at their pediatric center, you can use this Patient Portal to access your health information, manage your appointments and account, and more.
To login to the Patient Portal, click the "My Account" link on the main menu. You will be prompted to enter your name and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact their office at (562) 570-9000 ext. 202.
Once you have logged in, you will see the following screens:
1. Your Current Health Status: This screen displays basic information about your health, such as your height and weight.
2. Appointments: This screen shows all of your scheduled appointments at their pediatric center. You can view or change your appointment by clicking on the appointment date or time that interests you. You can also print out or email a copy of your appointment schedule to family and friends.
3. My Account: This screen provides access to all of your health information, including medical records and test results. You can view or print out a copy of your medical record, send a request for a copy of your test results, and more.
