What is the Pearson Portal?
The Pearson Portal is a web-based service that helps students access their course materials and grades.
To login to the Pearson Portal, visit Pearson.com and sign in with your MyPearson account.
Once you're logged in, click on the Course Materials & Grades link in the left nav bar.
On the Course Materials & Grades page, click on Login to Access Your Materials.
Enter your MyPearson username and password, and click OK. You'll be taken to the My Pearson Portal home screen.
There you'll find links to all of your courses, including course materials, assignments, grades, and notes. You can also access your student profile and contact information.

How to login to the Pearson Portal
If you have not already logged in to the Pearson Portal, please follow these instructions.
To login to the Pearson Portal:
1. Open your web browser and type ‘portal.pearson.com’ into the address bar.
2. Enter your username and password and click Log In.
3. If you are a current Pearson student, staff, or faculty member, your username will be ‘username’ and your password will be your @pearsonedumber account password (e.g., 123456). If you are not a Pearson student, staff, or faculty member, your username will be ‘username’ and your email address will be used as your password (e.g., [email protected]).
4. You will now see the Welcome Page of the Pearson Portal. Click Next to continue logging in.
How to use the Pearson Portal
The Pearson Portal offers educators access to a variety of resources, tools and services that can help them to improve student achievement. To login to the Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Pearson logo in the top right corner of your screen and select Pearson Portal from the menu.
2. Enter your user name and password (the default is admin/password).
3. If you have an institutional login ID, enter it here (e.g. psu-login). If you don't have an institutional login ID, click on New User and enter your name and email address. You will receive an activation email with instructions on how to proceed.
4. Once you are logged in, you will see a list of resources available to you. These include courses, tutorials, documents and more.
