If you are a patient at Pear Pediatrics and need to login to their patient portal, here is how you can do it:
1. Go to their website and sign in.
2. On the main menu, click on "Patient Portal."
3. On the Patient Portal page, click on "Log In."
4. Enter your patient number and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" and we will email you a new password.
5. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the dashboard of your account. Under "My Profile," you will see all of the information about your account, including your health data and contact information.
How to login to the Pear Pediatrics Patient Portal
If you are a Pear Pediatrics patient, you can log in to the Patient Portal using your username and password. To create a new account, click the “Create an Account” link on the top right of the screen. You will need to provide your name and email address. Once you have created an account, you will be able to access all of the resources available on the Patient Portal.

If you are a new patient, or if you have forgotten your login information, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "Patient Portal" tab located in the main navigation bar on the left hand side of the website.
2. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields. If you have not created an account yet, you will be prompted to do so now.
3. Click on "Log In" to log in to your account. You will now be able to access all of your personal information and medical history!
How to print your records
If you have printed copies of your records, you can view and print them by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Pear Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Profile" in the top menu bar.
3. On the My Profile page, click on "Print Records."
4. Select the records you want to print, and click on "Print."
How to make a complaint or request a change
If you have a complaint or request about your child’s care at Pear Pediatrics, their Patient Portal can help you get the information and support you need. To login to their Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. First, create an account if you haven’t already. You can use your email address and password to log in.
2. Once you’ve logged in, click on the “My Account” tab on the left side of the screen. This will take you to the My Profile page. Here, you can see all of your account information, including your name, contact information, and health records.
3. On the My Profile page, click on the “Complaints & Requests” link in the header bar. This will take you to the Complaints & Requests section of their Patient Portal. This is where you can submit a complaint or request about your child’s care at Pear Pediatrics.
4. To submit a complaint or request, first identify the problem that you’re experiencing. Then, provide as much detail as possible about what happened and how it impacted your child’s care
