How to login to the Pdec Patient Portal

How to find your account number
If you have forgotten your Pdec account number, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the home page of your Pdec website.
2. On the left-hand side, under "My Account" click on "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address and password into the corresponding fields and click on "Forgot Password?" again.
4. Click on "Log In." Your account information will be displayed in the box below. If you do not remember your account number, please enter "Pdec" in the Username field and "0000" in the Password field.
