How to login to the Pd Account Portal
The Pd Account Portal is a tool that allows you to manage your personal information and billing information related to your Pd account. To access the portal, you need to login first. Here are instructions on how to do that:
To login to the Pd Account Portal, you need to first create an account. To do this, go to the Pd Account Portal home page and click on "Create an Account." You will be prompted to enter your name, email address, and password. Once you have created your account, you can start using the portal.
To log in to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" button on the main Pd Account Portal page. You will be taken to a login screen where you can enter your name and password.
2. If you have previously registered for the portal with a different username and password, you will be asked to enter those details next. After logging in, you will be taken to the main Pd Account Portal page.

How to request a change of address
If you have recently moved and need to update your address with your public database, you can request a change of address through the PD Account Portal. To login to the PD Account Portal, click this link: https://accounts.pd.gov.au/login
To request a change of address, complete the following form and submit it to us:

You will need to include your full name, email address, new address (including postcode), phone number and date of birth. They will process your request within 10 working days.
How to submit a claim
If you have a problem with your PD account, you can submit a claim through the account portal. Here's how to do it:
1. Log into the account portal at pd.gov.
2. Click on the "My PD" link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the "My PD" page, click on the "Account Services" link in the top right corner of the screen.
4. On the "Account Services" page, click on the "Claims" link in the bottom left corner of the screen.
5. On the "Claims" page, click on the "Submit a Claim" link in the bottom right corner of the screen.
6. On the "Submit a Claim" page, fill out all of the required fields and click on the "Submit Claim" button.
