Log in to your pay stub portal.
Click on File a claim.
Complete the form and submit it.
You will need to provide the following information: Your name, ID number, and Social Security number. The dates of the pay period that you dispute. A detailed description of what you believe is wrong with your pay. Copies of any documents that support your claim.
