How to login to Payback Portal
If you want to login to your Payback Portal account, you will need your login credentials. To get your login credentials, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your Payback Portal account.
2. Click on the My Account link on the top left of the page.
3. In the My Account section, click on the Log In button.
4. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Log In button.
How to make a payment

To login to your Payback Portal account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.paybackportal.com.
2. Click on the “Payments” link on the left side of the home page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click “Log In”.
4. The “My Payments” page will open displaying all of your past payments. Click on the payment you want to view more information about, such as its date and amount paid.

To view your account information, login to the Payback Portal and click on 'My Account' in the top left corner. You will be able to view your account balance, transactions history, and more!
How to change your payment method
If you have ever had to change your payment method on the Payback Portal, you know it can be a pain. This guide will show you how to do it quickly and easily.
To change your payment method on the Payback Portal:
1.Log in to the Payback Portal.
2.Go to My Account > Payment Methods.
3.Select the Payment Method you want to change from the list.
4.Enter your new payment information into the appropriate fields.
5.Click Save Changes.
How to view your account history
If you would like to view your account history, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Account” tab located at the top of the page.
2. On the “Account” tab, click on the “History” link in the left column.
3. You will be able to view your past transactions and account balances.
How to dispute a payment
If you don't want to or can't take the item, or if it's damaged, you can dispute the payment. To do so:
Log into your Payback Portal account. Click Dispute Payment in the menu on the left.
Complete the form and attach any documents that support your case. Click Submit Dispute.
Your dispute will be reviewed and a decision will be made in about 10 business days. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can appeal the decision.
